-Visit Houghton Hall, famous home of Sir Robert Walpole, first Prime Minister.
Day 10

If you need someone to carry your bags, I don't take up much space!
I do, however, sometimes stutter when I post...::deletes duplicate comment sheepishly::
Stephen, I really hope you get to make the trip some day.
I'm aiming for sometime in the next 3-5 years if all goes well.
I recognise most of the places in your list. It's some journey you're planning but it sounds like a good one. RT :@)
"Stop at Applied Energy, manufacturer for our company's electric tankless water heaters."
NO. No, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to put the kibosh on this. Please devote the time you intended to spend at Applied Energy in a pub or taking a tour of MI-5 headquarters (I bet they give out free SPY STUFF!).
(I'm overwhelmed, too. I hear that Friday is drawing nigh. That better not be a rumor.)
I gotta agree with Sparkle on this one.
Unless... the folks from Applied are going to take you to a pub and buy you a pint. And then take you out for free spy stuff and ice cream.
Oh there will be plenty of pub-hopping. I'm just intrigued because we sell their product and it would probably be good for networking in case I ever had to flee the country if McCain wins the election or Spanish speakers take over. =)
Most people tend to leave Glasgow as soon as they get there..... :0)
Cool sounding trip !!
So I should skip Glasgow altogether then and go right on to Edinburgh? Let me rethink this...
Hehe, I was pulling your leg, however I'm led to believe that Edinburgh is a lot nicer (sorry to any Glaswegians reading).
(looking forward to the premiere still) !!
By all accounts that's what I've heard, but being Britain's second city, I didn't think I should pass it up like I'm passing on shitholes like Sheffield or Newcastle. (no offence to any Sheffielders or Geordies)
